Hard Money Lenders | Private Mortgage LendersWe lend in all 50 states
This year has been a roller coaster for conventional interests rates. They have doubled, while hard money loan interest rates have only increased marginally. During this time, Private Mortgage Financing Partners has kept 2023 loan rates comparable to the lows of 2020-2022. However, due to our cost of capital, we are being forced to increase our base rate, to 13 -13.5 %. This rate remains lower than most hard money lenders in our industry. PMF Partners’ loan process is simple: No Upfront Fees, Low Rates and Fast Close. Our loans range from $400,000 to $4,000,000 (in Texas we will consider loans as low as $300,000). We render a decision usually within 24 hours.
