How We Work With Mortgage Brokers

Most of our loans are originated by mortgage brokers or other intermediaries. The brokers usually have agreements in place with the borrowers they’re representing. When we send the borrower an LOI or Term Sheet, we layout all fees including the brokers points and fees. When the loan gets to the title company, or closing attorney, our letter of instruction includes a directive for the title company to pay the mortgage broker directly at funding.
