MITCH VICKNAIR

Mitch Vicknair earned his MBA with an emphasis in Accounting from Texas A&M University and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in Finance from The University of Houston. He had a very successful 20 year banking career starting and managing several commercial lending departments for various banks. In 2007 Mr. Vicknair was asked to be President of the Texas region for Reliance Bank. The bank’s sole purpose in Texas was to generate commercial loans to small businesses with a goal of funding $50 Million its first year in operation. Under his leadership, the bank exceeded that mark by funding $120 Million. In 2009, Mr. Vicknair left banking to become CEO of American Finasco. Over the last 26 years American Finasco has helped thousands of companies avoid bankruptcy and return to profitability by restructuring and reducing debt obligations through their industry knowledge and negotiating expertise.

Mr. Vicknair became active in Private Mortgage Lending as an investor in 2008. In 2010 he started identifying clients that needed this service and began structuring loans and finding funding sources to participate in the financing.
